This position is part of the People team and focuses on delivering data‑driven, tech‑enabled solutions to empower leaders and their teams with skills‑based, people‑forward approaches.

Responsibilities and Impact
  • Collaborate with OPI team to build consistent frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for organizational planning.
  • Product‑own the delivery and roll‑out of Skills Intelligence (via Lightcast) and Talent Marketplace (via Eightfold) solutions as part of the workforce strategy roll‑out.
  • Ensure these tools are integrated and utilized across all people team and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on research around the future of work and incorporate progressive people practices into workforce and people team strategy.
  • Deliver executive transformation storytelling with data‑driven insights and best‑practice research.
  • Own and execute the rollout of the Talent Marketplace solution, integrating AI‑enabled tooling with broader people strategy for optimal change and impact storytelling.
  • Support internal consulting engagements with People Partners, Finance Partners, and business stakeholders to meet people and financial objectives.
  • Integrate skills and talent marketplace analytics into organizational health assessments, skill and work assessments, and job design engagements.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and Org Effectiveness to deliver job/redesign engagements supporting business operating model and org design plans.
  • Engage in internal consulting with Talent, Learning, and People partners; work with Talent Acquisition to guide internal mobility strategy.
  • Partner with People Data and People Analytics to build data and analytics for KPIs and ROI for the skills intelligence and talent marketplace solutions.
  • Utilize external benchmarking and research to provide industry insights for workforce planning and action plans.
  • Work with vendor partners on roll‑out, product enhancement, and integration plans.
  • Collaborate with people data, people technology, and AI+ strategists to deliver AI tooling to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to reports, dashboards, models, and tools for workforce and organizational analytics.
Compensation and Benefits (US candidates)

Base salary range: $93,144 – $160,911 (final base based on location and experience). Eligible for annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.

Basic

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, financial planning, technology product ownership, business consultation, or related fields.
  • Experience in a complex, global organization.
  • Proficiency in technology product development; experience with SaaS tools such as Eightfold, Lightcast, Visier, Anaplan is highly preferred.
  • Experience in program, transformation, or portfolio management; familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery approaches is a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting or working closely with corporate/enterprise functions (e.g., Technology, Finance, Commercial, HR/People, Operations).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
