Business Intelligence​/Report Developers

Vion Consultants, Inc. is in search of a passionate Business Intelligence Developer, with SSRS experience, to support one of our clients in Annapolis, Maryland.

Hybrid Schedule - 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST

May be required to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field (as determined by the AOC)

Five (5) or more years’ experience in MS SQL Server (writing and performance tuning)

Demonstrate database and analytical skills.

Knowledge and experience with creating reports in MS SQL Server (Report Builder 2012), Visual Studio, C# (C Sharp), .net and transmitting and reconstructing Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Structured Query Language (SQL).

Work productively and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, vendor development staff, all levels of management

Critically thinking and problem solving

Excellent communication and mentoring needs

Quickly evaluate, learn and prototype new technologies, and effectively respond to emergency requests for ad-hoc data queries.

Testing and verification of reports,

Developing and implementing process and procedures, and

Performing complex analyses of data interdependencies and relationships
