• Develop documentation or training for existing business processes.
• Identify and offer recommendations to remediate gaps in internal control.
• Develop or coordinate with technical support staff to develop or enhance tools or workflows within existing applications in the Department technology environment, including Excel, SharePoint, Power
  
  BI, Service Now, KAPS, and Revenue Premier.
• Reengineer business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, cost, or employee satisfaction.
• Provide quality assurance testing or support the design and development of business processes that are migrating into new applications.
• Deliver key project artifacts including project proposals, measurable performance metrics, SOPs, and close‑out reports summarizing outcomes, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, and timelines across different functional divisions.

• At least 3 years of experience working on projects involving analysis and documentation of business processes, development of standard operating procedures, or business process reengineering.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university, with a major in business administration or a related area of study.
• Current CBAP, PMI‑PBA, CAPM, or other relevant professional certifications.

• At least 3 years of experience serving as a project manager or holding responsibility for the timely, efficient, and effective execution of complex tasks.
