Position Responsibilities
Work side-by-side with senior consultants on implementation projects — from discovery to delivery.
Help document client needs, map business processes, and keep projects organized.
Configure, test, and fine-tune boards and automations.
Create reports, templates, and training materials that help clients succeed.
Join client calls and demos to build confidence presenting and problem-solving.
Stay on top of new features and share creative ideas with the team.
Troubleshoot issues and find simple, effective solutions.

People person: You enjoy collaborating, asking questions, and helping others solve problems.
Strong communicator: You can explain ideas clearly and stay organized across multiple priorities.
