Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit.
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across devices
- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine user experience
- Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to best practices in UI/UX
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Experience with UI prototyping and wire framing
- Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Experience with A/B testing and user research
- Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles
