The Role Seeking a Database Engineer to provide technical expertise across the database lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, information storage/retrieval, and data flow analysis. This role involves developing relational and Object-Oriented databases and loading software. You will be responsible for defining the database structure within the overall system architecture, requiring trades among factors like data volumes, users, security, and response times.

The position works primarily at the front end of the lifecycle (requirements through IOC) and includes developing requirements, creating complex systems using queries and tables, and utilizing Cloud methodologies for data storage and retrieval. What You'll Bring
-Technical BS and Five (5) years of experience as a Database Engineer (DBE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Four (4) additional years of DBE experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

- Experience developing database structures that fit into overall system architecture.

- Ability to translate requirements into usable database schemas, including creating ad hoc queries, scripts, and macros.

- Experience with database storage and retrieval using Cloud methodologies. Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs.
