The Role Our client is seeking a Test Engineer to plan and execute the testing and validation of High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems. This role involves analyzing system requirements to develop detailed test plans and procedures. You will work with other test organizations to support program integration and provide specialized testing capabilities tailored to system functions. You will also produce comprehensive test and evaluation documentation, manage testing resources, and serve as the primary liaison to the government for task coordination.
What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline and eight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer on similar programs. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
Experience with the Linux CLI and proficiency in Bash/Python scripting for automation. Experience developing and executing test plans for HPC systems. Expertise in integrating and testing REST APIs related to HPC systems. Experience creating complex database queries to analyze test data. Demonstrated experience in defect tracking and resolution processes. Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools, including Git Lab CI. Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence), Splunk, SAFe Agile, Ansible, and Git is a plus.
