The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with specialized expertise in High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) technology. In this role, you will manage and derive system requirements to ensure new production systems are compatible with established architectures such as DoDAF and SOA. You'll participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) reviews, coordinating action item resolution, and developing comprehensive system design solutions, verification plans, and supporting documentation (e.g., SEPs, ICDs).

A core function of this position is the derivation of lower-level requirements for system components, with a specific focus on Information Assurance (IA), covering services (like Confidentiality and Integrity) and security mechanisms (such as cryptography and key management). What You'll Bring - Technical BS and twenty (20) years experience (or twenty-five (25) years experience in lieu of a degree).

- Must have experience with High Assurance Internet Protocol Encryptor (HAIPE) devices, which includes operating, configuring, keying, testing, specifying, and maintaining them.

- System Engineering experience in large DoD programs.

-Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).

-High Assurance Certification Experience or familiarity with Secure Network Design Operations. Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required.
