We are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer responsible for providing Tier I/II support for the integrated watch floor capability within a 24×7/365 operational environment. You'll operate as single point of contact (SPOC) between the service provider and operational users, capturing, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing all incidents via a standardized ticketing system;
Tier I/II personnel will cover the watch floor if not elsewhere. Perform initial diagnosis using established knowledge bases and incident models. Attempt first-contact resolution for standard issues (password resets, account access, basic navigation, known errors). Escalate unresolved incidents to Tier II support via functional escalation procedures. Maintain incident status communication with users throughout the resolution lifecycle. Document all troubleshooting steps and resolution actions to populate and expand the knowledge base.

Provide 24/7/365 coverage via rotating 12 hour shifts (0500 and 1700 daily), aligning with 2 week rotation schedules.

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science. May substitute four years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. May substitute two years' experience with MS in Engineering or CS

• Four (4) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system admin, containerization, cloud deployments, Dev Sec Ops
• Recent experience within the last three (3) years in Kubernetes
• Recent experience within the last three (3) years in cluster orchestration
• Recent experience within the last three (3) years containerization
• Operating Systems & Administration
  • Linux system administration (RHEL / CentOS, etc.)
  • Scripting with Python / Bash
• Containerization & Orchestration
  • Experience with Docker
  • Recent (within 3 years) hands-on work with Kubernetes and cluster orchestration
• Cloud & Dev Sec Ops
  • Cloud deployment experience
  • Familiarity with security-focused Dev Ops practices
• Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) AND CCNA certification

The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $185,000 - $205,000.
