Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager (APM) to support the Program Manager (PM) in leading program operations, optimizing daily execution, and ensuring teams remain aligned, resourced, and informed. The APM will support the United States Coast Guard Surface Acquisitions Logistics Center (SALC) Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program logistics development for Stage 1 and Stage 2 and act as the direct liaison to the USCG Contracting Officer Representative (COR) when the PM is unavailable.

• Support program planning, performance tracking, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate task execution, schedules, and resources; work closely with project team leads to execute contract deliverables.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and correspondence for stakeholders.
• Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of contract personnel, monitor office security, and maintain inventory.
• Assist with risk, issue, and change management, as well as timesheet completion and invoice review.
• Occasionally support business development and proposal activities.
• Promote team cohesion and adherence to operational best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting program/project operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Project/program management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Experience with federal contracts, USCG programs, or logistics development preferred.
