Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to lead program execution and overall contract performance in support of the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Acquisitions Logistics Center (SALC) Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing senior-level leadership across all program operations, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact with the USCG Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).

The PM will oversee logistics development activities for OPC Stage 1 and Stage 2, direct all contractor personnel, and ensure teams remain aligned, resourced, and informed to meet contract requirements.

• Serve as the single point of contact for the USCG CO and COR for all program-related matters
• Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of program operations and contractor personnel
• Lead program planning, performance tracking, and contract compliance across all work efforts
• Direct task execution, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables
• Oversee logistics development activities supporting OPC Stage 1 and Stage 2
• Lead risk, issue, and change management efforts and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and correspondence to Government stakeholders
• Ensure effective onboarding/offboarding, office security compliance, and operational readiness
• Oversee timesheet approvals, invoice review, and coordination with finance and contracts teams
• Promote team cohesion, accountability, and adherence to operational best practices
• Support business development, recompete planning, and proposal activities as required

• Master's degree from an accredited institution required
• 10+ years of experience managing program or project operations preferred in a federal contracting environment
• PMP certification required; selected candidates without a PMP will be required to obtain certification after hire
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager or lead role on complex programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
