Role: Assisted Living Coordinator, responsible for leading daily care operations, ensuring resident-centered services, and developing the caregiving team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and train caregiving staff
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily timekeeping
- Oversee assisted living operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Partner with clinical teams on assessments and care planning
- Monitor resident health changes and communicate with families
- Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
- Manage team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations
- Support budget, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Over 1 year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare
- Over 1 year supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong staffing, scheduling, and team management skills
- Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $58,010 to $75,025, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, discounts, and potential bonuses.
