BCT LLC is seeking a Performance Data Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have strong understanding of customer data compliance policy and smart data tagging with the customer. In this position, you will ensure mission management data sourced in reports adheres to data assurance and governance policies; complies with evolving access, retention and purge policies;

and is as complete, accurate and compliant as possible.

• Proactively try and find compliance issues and data tagging irregularities sourced in reports
• Respond to internally- and externally-reported compliance issues found in reports
• Perform root cause analysis
• Enable solutions to ensure data integrity and quality control of smart data tags in performance data
• Document investigative solutions
• Track and report remediation solutions, as well as work with external partners to fix identified issues
• Validate and ensure accurate and compliant data is available to the Enterprise

• Experience with ABACUS
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Strong deep troubleshooting and/or problem-solving experience, especially with root cause analysis
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting to complete assigned tasks on schedule
• Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field plus (20) years of systems engineering experience; or
• Master’s degree or PhD in a qualified engineering or related field plus (18) years of systems engineering experience.

Salary Range: $162,600 - $249,400

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
