Public Affairs Specialist

• You will , expand, and manage the organization's social media presence; creating and publishing engaging digital and visual content across multiple platforms to promote programs and reach diverse audiences.
• You will use social media dashboards and distribution tools to strategically target and share content based on audience psychographics, demographics, location, and subject matter.
• You will ensure compliance with all web standards, terms of use and regulations.
• You will create daily social media content, engage with the online audience, and coordinate with the media team to repurpose content across multiple digital channels.
• You will coordinate and host visits for media personnel and influencers, facilitate interviews, manage on-site logistics, and research background info to address media inquiries.
• You will respond to public inquiries regarding organization events and policies, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate office.
• You will perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations.
