Waters Corporation seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth of its Identification and Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing portfolio in the United States. The role involves executing marketing strategies, supporting product launches, and collaborating across commercial and clinical teams to increase adoption of diagnostic solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the US IDAST portfolio
- Support product launch campaigns, educational programs, webinars, and promotional activities
- Partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts and drive instrument adoption and competitive conversions
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt sales enablement tools and customer materials for the U.S. market
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years marketing, product management, sales, or commercial experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices
- Experience developing value propositions, messaging, and positioning for customers
- Direct customer engagement experience through visits, conferences, and professional meetings
- Experience supporting pricing and commercial strategy development
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
