- Day: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- Evening: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
- Night: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- Flexible schedule based on staffing needs
- Weekend and night shift differential
- Candidates may be considered for future full-time or part-time openings
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take vital signs and report changes in condition
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Respond to call lights promptly
- Document care and communicate with nursing staff
- Competitive pay: $20.00-$22.50/hour
- Night shift differential (when applicable)

Job Qualifications- Active GNA/CNA-I certification in Maryland
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous healthcare or senior care experience preferred (not required)
- Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for working with older adults
- Basic computer skills for documentation
