Waters (formerly BD Biosciences and Diagnostic Solutions) seeks a Senior Quality Systems Specialist to manage quality systems, regulatory documentation, and animal origin compliance. The role involves supporting customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies globally to ensure product compliance and supply continuity.
Responsibilities- Manage animal origin quality systems, specifications, databases, certifications, and traceability documentation
- Develop and maintain quality system procedures and technical documentation for compliance controls
- Provide technical support and audit assistance to industrial customers for quality and regulatory requirements
- Investigate quality issues, analyze data, and implement solutions for quality and compliance challenges
- Respond to customer inquiries, host audits, and represent Industrial Affairs in quality reviews
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 1 year of relevant quality or regulatory experience
- Knowledge of animal origin compliance and quality systems
- Strong regulatory and documentation expertise
- Ability to work on-site minimum 4 days per week in Sparks, Maryland
