Territory Manager

Territory Manager at NPAworldwide – a sales role responsible for providing industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory through cold‑calling, prospecting, and face‑to‑face outreach. Must reside in the territory and be able to operate a mobile store.

• Develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses.
• Make face‑to‑face calls to cold and warm prospects.
• Provide service to customers as outlined in company training.
• Submit complete daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness, operation, and functionality of the mobile store.
• Continuously update customer contact information in company software.
• Provide a fully insured vehicle, including insurance, fuel, maintenance, and technology tools (tablet, iPad, phone).
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Proven goal‑attainment record.

• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Working knowledge of the products sold is helpful.

• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved vehicle.
• Must reside within the territory.
• Above‑average mechanical interest.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must kneel & bend down to the floor regularly.
• Clean driving history.
• Professional conduct when representing the company (vehicle, attire, functions).

Salary:
Annual $70,000 – $90,000 USD.

Location:

Annapolis, MD (territory‑based).
