We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Door-to‑Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our virtual assistant services to small, medium, and large businesses within a designated territory.
Your goal will be to identify potential clients, present our services, and close sales to meet and exceed targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up virtual meetings with clients, conducting cold calls to generate leads, and setting up and conducting sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits to businesses within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with decision‑makers to present our virtual assistant services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and how they can meet the needs of each business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Set up virtual meetings with potential clients to further discuss their needs and our services.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Set up and conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a door‑to‑door, direct sales, or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to dedicate 4‑8 hours per day to sales activities.
