We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Parts Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking parts and accessories, ensuring seamless order processing, sourcing, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting our supply chain operations.

• Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries to identify their parts needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Source parts efficiently by leveraging supplier networks, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) catalogs, and inventory management systems
• Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, pricing adjustments, and procurement activities

• 2 years minimum experience in retail automotive or heavy-duty parts sales
• Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
