WHAT WE DO: All residential HVAC, all day long. We handle gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right.

Customer service to us means caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family, giving them the power of choice.

JOB DUTIES:

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job
• Ensure company vehicle is always clean inside and out
