DAY IN THE LIFE:
You can expect an average day to include:

- Arriving at the shop early to prepare for your team's success
- Meeting with the Installation Manager to review previous work and today's scope
- Arriving on time at the customer home to deliver exceptional service
- Receiving real-time coaching/support
- Having parts/material delivered to you
- Collecting payment from the customer
- Preparing for the next day’s install
All residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Customer service is about caring enough to present options for their home and family, giving them the power of choice.
JOB DUTIES:
- Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
- Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
- Effectively recommend service and repair options
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
- Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
- Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and out

JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Oversees the work of the Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly, communicates with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
