• Signal Analysis:
  Analyze module/model output from signals of interest to facilitate the creation of follow‑on processing.
• Software Design and Implementation:
  Design and implement software modules in MATLAB or similar suites to process signals.
• Novel Processing Solutions:
  Develop approaches for utilizing COTS/GOTS systems to create processing solutions beyond their intended use.
• Documentation:
  Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, algorithms, and software implementations.

• 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer in similar programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4 additional years of Software Engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience coding in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), specifically REDHAWK/RFNext, GNU Radio, or similar.
• Strong background in RF signal analysis and SIGDEV.
• Familiarity with MATLAB or X-Midas.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement systems within Unix/Linux environment.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DSP principles and satellite communications system design.
• Familiarity with time/frequency geolocation technologies.
• Experience with C++/Python-based signal processing tools and libraries.
• Knowledge of GPU/CUDA development for performance optimization.
• Experience with message queue implementation and communication protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and commitment to continuous learning.
• TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance.
