Location: Remote

• Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and transformers
• Lead end-to-end model development—from data preprocessing and experimentation to deployment and optimization
• Apply distributed training techniques and model compression strategies to improve performance at scale
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest deep learning innovations
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across projects

• Several years of hands-on experience in deep learning, with a proven track record of successful model deployment
• Deep expertise in PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of neural network theory, optimization techniques, and large-scale data processing
• Proficiency in Python and C++, with experience in GPU acceleration and inference optimization
• Familiarity with tools like ONNX, Tensor
  
  RT, or vLLM for model serving and performance tuning
