- Craft high-quality Java or Python applications and systems.

- Partner with diverse teams to ideate, design, and deliver impactful features.

- Champion code quality, ensuring applications are performant and responsive.

- Diagnose and fix issues, becoming a problem-solving powerhouse.

- Be a continuous learner, exploring new technologies and methodologies. What you'll need, at all Levels:

- Java or Python proficiency.

- Object-oriented programming expertise.

- Software development methodologies understanding.

- Passion for problem-solving. Junior:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred) and up to 2 years of software development experience. Mid-Level: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred) and 3-5 years of software development experience.

- Proven ability to design and implement robust solutions.

- Web application framework and RESTful API experience (preferred). Senior:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred) and 6+ years of software development experience.

- Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.

- Leadership experience and mentoring abilities.

- Dev Ops experience (a plus). Clearance requirement: TS/SCI w/FS Poly
