GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Preparedness Quality Manager to support a large-scale emergency preparedness and response training program serving first responders and emergency management professionals from across the United States.

This position is responsible for overseeing the quality management system and ensuring operational excellence across training delivery, facility operations, and program support functions. The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance activities, monitor compliance with contractual and organizational requirements, conduct audits, manage documentation and records, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality training and operational services that support the preparedness and readiness of public safety professionals nationwide.

• Manage and maintain the program's Quality Management System (QMS).
