LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Anniston, AL. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be 18 month contract, starting on or around November 2, to help oversee the Rehabilitation of Civil Rights Related Structures in Anniston AL.
Qualification RequirementsMinimum Education & Experience
- Education / Alternate
Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
- Years of
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. - Track Record:
Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity. - Specialized
Experience:
Experience with healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC)
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Registered Architect (RA)
- Cost Estimating Experience
