Future Growth Opportunity with Morrison Healthcare! As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day food service operations for a 150‑bed hospital. You will manage a team, maintain client relationships, ensure profitability, and develop talent.

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and top‑quality food for the patients.
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the company marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as a liaison between the company, client, and the community.

• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• Three to five years of food service management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
