The purpose of the Commercial Management Trainee's position is to acquire management skills (leadership, teambuilding, interpersonal), technical skills (customer service, negotiation, outside sales, marketing, purchasing, product development) as well as contribute to the organization through projects to improve processes, improve quality, or improve service. The Commercial Management Trainee participates in an intensive Program of approximately 12 months duration and includes rotational assignments in various segments of the site with on-the-job training.

The Commercial Management Trainee is expected to be prepared for a leadership role upon completion of the program.

• Must be able to work flexible hours and be available upon the needs of the business.
• A bachelor's degree in a business management, economics, marketing, finance, accounting, supply chain management, or related field of study.
