Future Growth Opportunity with Morrison Healthcare! As Director of Dining Services, you will oversee day‑to‑day food service operations for a 150‑bed hospital. You will manage a team, maintain client relationships, ensure profitability, and develop talent.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
- Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and top‑quality food for the patients.
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the company marketing and culinary teams.
- Act as a liaison between the company, client, and the community.
- BS Hospitality degree preferred.
- Three to five years of food service management experience required.
- Dining experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
