Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - $15,000 Hiring Incentive

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Noland Health Services, Inc. as a Full‑Time RN. This role offers a $15,000 hiring incentive and a supportive, patient‑focused environment.

• Formulate and implement individualized care plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Perform admission assessments, document findings, and participate in weekly multidisciplinary care conferences.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, basic and specialized nursing skills (e.g., central line, 12‑lead EKG, pressor drip).
• Respond to life‑threatening situations and execute established life‑support protocols.
• Educate patients, families, and health‑team members through clear, appropriate communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records, order transcriptions, and adherence to institutional policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a State of Alabama RN license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of critical‑care nursing experience (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly; walk/stand 80 % of an 8–12 hour shift; push/pull up to 200 lbs as needed.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision‑making skills.
