We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inventory Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a growing company and make a real impact in the industry. • Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure that all inventory is in stock and readily available for customers.
• Follow up on outstanding orders.
• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate inventory for their needs and provide product information and pricing as requested.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with other related duties as assigned.
• Receive incoming inventory shipments
• Inspect inventory for accuracy and quality
• Sort and categorize inventory
• Process and fulfill customer orders
• Update inventory management systems
• Coordinate with suppliers for restocking
• Perform regular inventory audits
• Package and label inventory for shipment
• Comply with safety and security procedures
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency
• Report any discrepancies or issues to management
• Process payments

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Forklift experience not required but is preferred
