• Pick and scan product in the warehouse, transport it to the proper staging location, and load it onto flatbed trailers or vans.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and move product to different locations as needed.
• Safely move materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Operate the Hammel waste machine.
• Assist maintenance and contractor personnel with troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment to support continuous operations.

• Valid forklift licence and ability to drive a forklift.
• Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends.
• Ability to work effectively with other facility team members.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Creative problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Diagnostic skill to identify machine problems and report to maintenance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reading comprehension for complex written instructions.

• Advanced knowledge of material handling equipment operation.
• Perfect attendance record.
• Advanced knowledge of electronic warehouse inventory systems.
• Experience working at heights using a man‑lift or scissor lift.
