The distribution center staff are essential to making sure our customer's packages go out looking great and in a timely manner to meet our customer's needs. The individual in this position will serve in a role that will ensure our customer satisfaction and help the company achieve our overall goals.

• Ability to accurately process inbound purchase orders and/or outbound sales orders
• Experience in an organized and structured warehouse or fulfillment center
• Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues from various departments
• Willingness to prioritize quality and the perceived value for the customer
• Desire to work as a member of a dynamic and growing team in a collaborative and rewarding environment
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Due to the nature of our business, candidates with any type of felony will not be considered for this position

• Ensure customer satisfaction through neatly packaged shipments
• Receive inbound items on purchase orders and ensure correct items and quantities are delivered
• Restock primary pick locations from overflow and/or directly from receiving department
• Pick customer orders, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are pulled
• Follow company guidelines regarding item-specific packaging needs
• Capable of using shipping software for package processing
• Keep work area clean and organized for efficiency and workplace safety

This individual will work closely with all members of our operations team to help us achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual that strives to achieve the goals set for them. The individual should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one to two years of experience in a distribution work environment.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
