Industrial Arts Teacher – Full‑time, 1.0 FTE (Step/Lane attached – Salary commensurate with experience, $38,571 to $74,834).

• Design, implement, and assess engaging industrial arts lessons for 6‑12 students.
• Integrate industry‑relevant skills, safety standards, and 21st‑century technology into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with core‑subject teachers to create interdisciplinary projects.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring studio environment.
• Collect and analyze student data to drive instructional improvement.
• Participate in professional development and school community events.

• Valid Minnesota Industrial Arts teaching license.
• Minimum of 2 years of secondary industrial arts teaching experience.
• Proficiency with industry tools, safety protocols, and 21st‑century technology.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and student‑centered instructional skills.
