• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience or training in early childhood special education highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and specialists
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to creating a positive, individualized learning environment

• Provide specialized instruction and support to preschool-aged children with varying abilities
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address each childs unique needs
• Work collaboratively with related service providers, classroom staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain thorough, accurate records for student progress and compliance
• Foster a classroom culture that celebrates diversity, inclusion, and developmentally-appropriate practice

• Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:40 pm (37.5 hours per week)
• Contract position available immediately through June 2027
• Close-knit and resource-rich setting focused on early intervention and student growth
