Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary: $90k - $130k
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to join a thriving engineering and machine manufacturing company that specializes in cutting‑edge solutions for the medical and other specialized industries. Responsibilities- Develop and optimize motion control systems and servo drives.
- Program PLCs and HMIs to improve machine functionality.
- Support web‑converting and packaging systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1+ year of hands‑on experience in manufacturing or machine design.
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical schematics.
- Motion control/servo experience is a big plus.
- Web‑converting and packaging experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with VB programming is a bonus.
- Experience with networking and vision systems (laser/vision) is advantageous.
