As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and supporting state‑of‑the‑art machines for specialized industries. The position involves regular customer interaction, so a customer‑centric attitude and strong service orientation are essential.

• Develop and optimize motion control systems and servo drives
• Work with PLC and HMI programming to improve machine functionality
• Support web converting and packaging systems
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues
• Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and problems are solved with excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing or machine design
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical schematics
• Motion control/servo experience is a big plus
• Web converting and packaging experience is a plus
• Familiarity with VB programming is a bonus
• Experience with networking and vision systems (laser/vision experience) is advantageous
