Business Banker

Come join our Commercial Lending team! Our Commercial Bankers develop and manage new business while deepening the relationships with existing clients, maintaining a portfolio within set administrative standards, developing fee income consistent with goals, sharing the benefits of all bank products, and actively participate in supporting the community. If you have a minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience and proven record of developing new business and helping clients achieve their financial goals we want to hear from you.

The starting pay range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the starting pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on several factors, including but not limited to the individuals qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position includes an incentive plan and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, Paid Time Off and more.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending, ideally in a community bank.
• Formal credit training or experience as a credit analyst or collateral examiner is a plus.
