We are hiring a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Anoka, MN for a Leave Coverage position from 1/5/2026-2/9/2026.

• Role:Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA)
• Location:Anoka, Minnesota
• District open to virtual BCBAs
• Full‑time
  (37.5 paid hours per week)
• Leave of Absence Coverage:1/5/2026-2/9/2026
• Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families

• Valid Minnesota BCBA license
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience teaching school‑aged children with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

• Rates:$55-60/hour
• W-2 employment
