ECLARO is looking for a Network Engineering Lead to use innovative technology solutions to help our client manage their needs and achieve success. This role is critical to ensuring stability, performance, and strategic evolution of the network.

• Hands‑on network engineering and operations tasks, including troubleshooting, MAC moves/adds/changes, site integration, hardware lifecycle replacement, connectivity troubleshooting, and monitoring.
• Leadership & management of the network function, providing guidance, mentorship, and escalation support to staff and consultants.
• Strategic planning and governance, owning the network roadmap, architecture discussions, standards, documentation, and aligning solutions with security, compliance, and corporate IT policies.
• Vendor, budget and purchasing management, including relationships, contracts, licensing, cost optimization, and lifecycle planning.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in network engineering in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Proven global LAN/WAN infrastructure management across hundreds of sites and multiple countries.
• Hands‑on expertise with Cisco technologies:
  Routing, Switching, Wireless, Identity Services Engine, DMVPN, Cloud Web Security, Secure Access, Security Manager.
• Experience with Riverbed WAN optimization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across wired, wireless, and WAN.
• Experience supporting multi‑site, globally distributed networks and new site integrations.
• Prior lead, senior, or manager role or demonstrated technical leadership.

• Progression from Senior Network/Security Administrator to Team Lead/Manager.
• Experience supporting network and security operations in manufacturing, industrial, or global enterprises.
• Long‑term ownership of complex environments (LAN, WAN, wireless, security).
• Ability to grow from hands‑on execution to broader leadership and strategy.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.

$70 - $72 per hour
