The leader should be both strategic and tactical in leading this function for the long-term growth.## ## WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process:
* Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.

Demand Planning:
* Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting.
* Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels.
* Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand.
* Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.

Supply Planning:
* Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling.
* Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency.
* Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.

Performance Reporting:
* Develop and present key performance indicators KPIs) related to demand and supply planning.
* Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations.

Team & People Management:
* You will work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe.
* You will lead, mentor and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.## ## YOU HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management.
* 15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
* Experience with supply chain management implementation.
* ASCM certification, preferred.
