Operator Assembler - 2nd Shift
Cretex Medical, part of the RMS Company family, provides contract manufacturing of high‑quality, tight‑tolerance medical implants, components and sub‑assemblies using cutting‑edge technology.
2nd shift schedule:
Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 1:45am.
- Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process.
- Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts.
- Use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure).
- Maintain daily production rates.
- Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
- Knowledge of basic math concepts.
- Dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to cross‑train in other areas of production when required.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
