Operator Assembler - 2nd Shift

Cretex Medical, part of the RMS Company family, provides contract manufacturing of high‑quality, tight‑tolerance medical implants, components and sub‑assemblies using cutting‑edge technology.

2nd shift schedule:
Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 1:45am.

• Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process.
• Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts.
• Use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure).
• Maintain daily production rates.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.

• Knowledge of basic math concepts.
• Dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to cross‑train in other areas of production when required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.

USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 / hour.
