OverviewThe Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.
Shifts Available2nd Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 2:00am
Responsibilities- Operate Milling CNC machines
- Perform quality inspection on completed parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
- Complete tool changes
- Operator experience with Milling CNC machines
- Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints li>Experience using a microscope
- Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer
Skills and Abilities
- Machining experience with medical components, devices or instruments
- Previous experience with tight tolerances
- Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines
- Experience with set‑up on Milling CNC Machines
- Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines

Pay RangeUSD $20.38 – $35.72 /Hr.
