Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a Manager on Duty Rotation.

The Director of Clinical Care will lead and oversee the delivery of high‑quality nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulations, leading staff, and fostering a culture of excellence. We seek a strategic, compassionate leader with exceptional clinical expertise who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Competitive pay range: $82,000 to $110,000 (salaried exempt) based on experience, qualifications, and location. Comprehensive benefits include health coverage, leadership training, and wellness programs.

• Lead & develop clinical teams – train, mentor, and evaluate staff while maintaining effective scheduling and staffing systems; provide leadership, problem‑solving support, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure high‑quality resident care – oversee resident well‑being by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, supporting clinical goals, and providing hands‑on care as needed; foster strong communication with residents and families.
• Maintain compliance & clinical standards – implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage medical record accuracy; coordinate resident clinical needs with internal teams and external healthcare providers.
• Foster communication & improvement – promote transparency, teamwork, and process improvement; represent Vivie in industry events and committees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned – duties represent the nature and level of work; not necessarily all inclusive.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in clinical care, assisted living, long‑term care, or home health.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory compliance, and care coordination.
• Ability to pass state‑mandated background check.
• Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
