Job Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 medical support for a medically fragile student. This onsite backfill role involves advanced nursing care throughout the school day, including transportation support.

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student
• Manage oxygen, ostomy, and G-tube care with suctioning
• Safely operate and assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Ride the school bus with the student to and from school
• Monitor student health and respond to medical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and care logs
• Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers

• Active RN license required
• Experience with complex medical care (G-tube, ostomy, suctioning) preferred
• Ability to safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time

• Weekly competitive pay based on experience $50 - $60/Hr.
