Schedule: Full Time – 80 hours/pay period – Monday through Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Shared Communities: This role is dedicated to The Plaza in Anoka currently and will begin supporting both The Plaza in Anoka and The Levande in Cambridge in spring 2026. The schedule will remain consistent, with responsibilities being shared across two locations.

We’re looking for a licensed nursing professional with an RN license and experience in senior living or long‑term care settings. At Vivie, we value our people and offer a competitive pay range of $34.00/hr. to $42.00/hr. (hourly non‑exempt based on qualifications, experience, and location). As An RN, You Will
  • Clinical Oversight & Care Planning – Complete assessments, develop person‑centered service plans, and monitor residents’ health status in accordance with state and federal regulations. Ensure timely documentation in the EHR and follow up on significant changes in condition.
  • Staff Leadership & Supervision – Support training, evaluating, and mentoring licensed and unlicensed staff. Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, delegation of tasks, and ensure team member compliance with regulatory and HIPAA standards.
  • Resident & Family Collaboration – Serve as a clinical liaison for residents and families. Participate in care conferences, advocate for resident needs, and foster trust and open communication throughout the care journey.
  • Compliance & Quality Improvement – Monitor infection control, incident reporting, and medication management. Partner with the Director of Clinical Care and quality teams to support audits, staff training, and community compliance.
  • Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
This Job Also Requires
  • Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long‑Term Care preferred.
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MN Assisted Living regulations and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
  • Ability to pass state‑mandated background checks.
  • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, residents, and families.
