Position Details Full-time position ASAP through the end of November 2026

School-based setting

Opportunity to work with students across multiple grade levels

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure students receive the healthcare services they need to access their education

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing services to students with acute and chronic health needs

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school policies

Develop and maintain individualized healthcare plans

Monitor student health concerns and respond to medical emergencies

Maintain accurate health records and required documentation

Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers

Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed

Qualifications

Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required

School nursing experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school personnel and families

Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
