Regional Sales Representative – Sheet Metal Fabrication Solutions

Northwestern U.S. Territory (Northern CA, Northern NV, OR, WA, MT, ) | Remote with Travel (up to 75%)

We’re seeking a Regional Sales Representative to promote Mate’s world‑class tooling and laser consumables to customers throughout the Northwestern U.S. region. This is a career position with a global industry leader serving customers in over 85 countries — helping them reduce costs, improve productivity, and achieve excellence through the proper application of best‑in‑class solutions.

What You’ll Do

As the face of Mate in your region, you’ll:

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through advanced sheet metal fabrication applications.
• Demonstrate how Mate’s precision tooling and consumables can improve efficiency and performance.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities.
• Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and customer meetings (in‑person and via teleconferencing).
• Develop and maintain a network of OEM dealers and industry contacts to expand reach.
• Track meetings, expenses, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Stay current on new products, industry trends, and market conditions — and share valuable insights with management.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Hands‑on sheet metal fabrication or operations experience (punch presses, lasers, or press brakes required).
• Residence within the territory (Northern CA, Northern NV, OR, WA, MT, or ).
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips.
• Strong technical and communication skills — with the confidence to present, problem‑solve, and close.
• Sales experience preferred (but your technical know‑how is key!).
• A self‑starter with integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or GED required.
