Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching the company, decision maker and equipment profiles.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of prospects, maintaining data in Hub Spot to track prospect information, opportunity pipeline.
• Utilize inside technical expertise as needed for complex quotes.
• Meet or exceed annual new account sales goal.
• Achieve monthly outbound call goal.
• Conduct cold calling techniques to engage potential customers and build rapport.
• Work in conjunction with outside and inside sales to achieve sales goals.
• Other tasks, projections and functions as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Solid knowledge of lead generation, lead management, and sales processes
• Able to network with a broad range of people.
• Ability to handle change
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Hubspot.
